Firstly, let me start by saying a huge thank you to you all for your support through these interesting times. As we navigate through the weeks and months of COVID-19, we have learnt how to pivot and adapt.
Head Office Support
I’d like to take this time to confirm that even in isolation our business and service to you will not be compromised and will continue seamlessly. You can be assured we are still contactable via email or telephone while our Head Office staff work from home and the office.
VANILLA COMPLETE sachets
Our next delivery of Vanilla Complete Sachets has arrived! After having multiple it has reached our Newcastle, NSW, distribution warehouse. Affected orders have now been filled (much earlier than our estimated 20th November date!) and are now in the hands of Australia Post to deliver.
We apologise for the inconvenience and again thank you so much for your support and understanding. We are doing everything in our power to get that Vanilla goodness back in your hands.
There are still some things that we have not been able to control - one of these things has been the situation around freight & transport. As different States & Territories across Australia and New Zealand place different levels of access to their residents’ homes, we have had to adjust.
Australia Post has kept us informed that their may be delays in some areas. For more Australia Post updates click here. If you have been provided tracking details, you can track your product shipment here.
Please also be mindful that Australia Post has announced that they have removed signatures on delivery for drivers, posties and post office workers due to the COVID-19 outbreak. They will ask for customer's name from a 1 metre distance and are also encouraging customers to maintain a one metre distance.
